Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a dedicated Hematology-Oncology NP to join our patient-centered team in Santa Cruz. Resources Modern Facilities: Practice at the Dominican Hospital campus, featuring an outpatient infusion center with 15 private bays and two radiation centers. Supportive Leadership: Benefit from approachable and supportive leadership at both the clinic and hospital levels. Integrated Support Team: Work with nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaisons, research coordinators, and genetic counselors. Clinical Infrastructure: Access to an on-site lab, imaging, tele-genetics, and a 17-bed inpatient oncology unit with daily multidisciplinary rounds. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans. Perform clinical procedures and manage follow-up care in the clinic and infusion center. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning. Partner with patients and families to navigate the rapid diagnosis clinic and supportive services. Foster a positive provider culture focused on innovation and clinical excellence. Job Requirements Possess a valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure) BE/BC AOCNP 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred Where You'll Work
