Southern Cancer Center is growing! Southern Cancer Center is a member of the US Oncology Network. The practice is looking to add one full-time BC/BE medical oncologist to the current practice of 3 physicians. Conveniently located on the campus of Huntsville Hospital, the physicians and nurse practitioners ensure their patients receive the most advanced and cutting edge treatments available. The practice offers patient advocates and financial counselors to assist their patients through their journey. The staff is specifically trained in cancer treatment, including oncology certified nurses and advanced oncology certified nurse practitioners. The practice is now treating high risk breast cancer candidates. Also, offering a specialty pharmacy, Coastal Pharmacy, which includes next-day prescription pick-up, plus pharmacists to educate and monitor patient's oral drug treatment.
